Our Spring 1 topic - Why don't snakes have legs?
Take a look at what we have been up to this week..
This week we have continued our learning about snakes. We have found out some fascinating facts about snakes in each of the seven continents around the world, including where the most venomous, the longest, the heaviest, the fastest and the most beautiful snake lives. We were amazed with all the information we found out about venomous snakes, especially that 250 species of snake can kill a human in one bite!!!!!
We have also continued to learn our talk for writing story, 'The Greedy Python.' We created a story map of the book and practiced acting it out with actions.
In maths we have been counting forwards and backwards up to and from 10. We have also looked at ordinal numbers and read the story, 'The Loo Queue!'
