What does this tell us?

In 2023/24 two teacher changes in the LKS2 triplet caused significant disruption to the children’s LKS2 experience with a knock on impact for both 2023/24 and 2024/25 cohorts. While there was a renewed focus by the maths lead on this area of mathematics the impetus needs to me maintained by all teaching staff.

What actions will we take?

Renewed focus, and monitoring, on engagement with Time Table Rock Stars (TTRS) to practise the time tables skills that the children are learning in the classroom. Raise the profile in the school by including certificated in our Celebration Worship (Friday) and the starting of a TTRS lunch time club.

Target

Increase the scores of the children to be at or higher than the national average.
