Submitting work to school

Early Years Foundation Stage

In EYFS we always love to see the work you are completing at home and the pictures of your activities. We appreciate your support as parents to facilitate this, and by sending it to us this then gives us the opportunity to praise and respond to the children in our classes.

We respond to every email as soon as possible and if for any reason a staff member is not in, it would be passed on to another member of the team.

Please don’t feel obliged to upload every piece but if you are able to, we do enjoy seeing what is taking place. We are very grateful for all that you are doing to support your children to achieve their best during this challenging time.

Key Stage 1 (Years 1 & 2)

In KS1 we always love to see the work you are completing at home and the pictures of your activities. We appreciate your support as parents to facilitate this, and by sending it to us this then gives us the opportunity to praise and respond to the children in our classes.  It also enables us to look at future lessons and adapt them if necessary or cover any misconceptions there may be.

Lower Key Stage 2 (Years 3 & 4)

In LKS2, the children will be directed to which days a piece of work will be expected to be submitted via email and to which teacher. There will be one piece of English, one piece of Maths and one piece of Topic work to be submitted across a week. This will be indicated on the daily timetable. The work submitted on these days will be marked and feedback given. On days when work is not required to be sent in but you would like the teacher to see the work, then it will be acknowledged and if we need to pick something up we will do this in the following lesson or by an email response.
